Day 41
Wednesday
We traveled to my parents and so my eating habits were horrible. For breakfast I had cereal. For Lunch I had shared a salad from Protillos with my friend. The salad had a mix of fresh lettuce mixed with Ditalini pasta, chicken breast, bacon, tomato, red
cabbage, Gorgonzola cheese, green onion and House dressing. For dinner I had The Habit, I did get a burger (bad girl), but I got a whole wheat bun and sweat potato fries. All in all I think today was my cheat day because this was all too much goodness in one day. I really needed to exercise all of these calories off but I didn't have time. We drove home super late. It was a long day!
