Day 10

Wow! I can't believe it has been 10 days of this. I feel like I have already gotten into a routine. I feel really good when I eat well and I don't have a lot of stomach issues. I have had cheat days, yes, but as long an I keep it to 1 cheat meal and not do it so often I think I will be fine. I have had pizza twice this week as my cheat meal which is very bad. BUT I LOVE PIZZA! I have been researching healthy +pizza choices. You can follow me on Pinterest and see what I have come up with.

So I started my day with an Herbalife shake with Almond Milk of coarse, then, I had chicken and veggies for lunch and dinner. My water intake has dropped over the last 2 days dramatically due to working so much. I need to come up with a system that reminds me to drink in between clients. Its also hard to take those vitamins every time I eat when I'm working. If only there was some kind of way to tell my brain to do these things in between clients I will be a happy camper.

No one is perfect, I certainly am not. I try my best to get onto this routine of eating healthy and working out. I'm excited for my second week of personal training and daily workouts I have planned for this week. I will be traveling again also, so I think that I will have to do some "at home workouts".   1. For your water issue, bring a gallon of water with you. Mark the hours your awake on the jug and drink a little each hour. Eventually you won't need the jug, anymore and it'll be such a habit that you'll drink enough without a thought and be able to juggle it even with clients.

  2. Healthier pizza... do you like cauliflower? You can make your own crust with shredded cauliflower that is pretty good.
